4. Construction Begins
Once approvals and funding are in place, construction begins. Our team manages scheduling, subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and day-to-day project coordination to keep the build moving efficiently.
5. Progress & Communication
Throughout construction, we maintain consistent communication and provide updates on project progress, scheduling, selections, and upcoming phases so clients stay informed every step of the way.
6. Quality Control

7. Final Walkthrough
